In 2010 he embarked on a new career in financial services, inspired by the potential to help clients reach their financial goals. He joined IMSCC, the company founded by Brian Goodall , learning the business from the ground up, and went on to study a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning 2013, and an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (Estate planning and Portfolio Management) in 2014, both completed at the University of the Free State. Andrew has served as a Director of IMSCC since 2016, servicing a broad portfolio of clients. In 2021 Andrew took over as author of the “ Investment Planning” section of the South African Financial planning Handbook and in 2022 he took over as author of Investment Planning

Along with Andrew, she also assists clients with the annual tax returns in obtaining the various information required. In 2022 Tsitsi studied her Professional Certificate in taxation of individuals.

Tsitsi also obtained her qualification in Deceased Estates in 2018 and she assists with winding up of estates, and drafting of wills.

In addition to managing Andrew’s day-to-day administrative requirements, Thelma assists with client communication, the coordination of documentation and follow-ups, and ensuring that matters are directed to the appropriate member of the team. Her role is increasingly focused on helping to maintain an efficient link between clients, Andrew and the administrative team, and ensuring that client requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Her responsibilities include filing, uploading and organising client documents, maintaining written client files, and assisting with the ongoing review and updating of administrative records. Her role helps ensure that client information remains accurate, orderly and readily accessible to the team.
